    1. Member Induction – Bruce Induction of Beaudon Rogers, The Vermilion Rotary Club’s Newest Member.  Welcome Beaudon!
    2. Vermilion Minor Ball Donation – Bruce motions that the club donate $2,000 to Vermilion Minor Ball. Seconded by Dawn. Passed. We will invite them to a future meeting for a Cheque Presentation.
    3. Sea-Can – What is the club’s feelings? Wondering what the cost of renting space? We have some space at the Fair Grounds for boxes. Robin will do some checking. We have a 20 footer that currently is not certified? Could we use that? Do we need new storage? We are probably needing to purchase a new Sea-Can for shipping.
    4. Bruce talked with the Senior’s Centre, they are proceeding with their floor this winter. The quote is $28,000. We have $5,000 set aside from last years Garage sale. We will add to the executive agenda to discuss recommendations.
    5. Tickets for Harvest Gala are available from Laurel at Webb’s Machinery. Also wondering about how silent Auction contributions are going. If you have someone to approach, please contact Bevin to let him know.  
    6. The Brenda Lee plaque is now ready to go, Loretta would like to have a coffee date at the lookout to unveil the plaque. Loretta will pick a Monday Evening to get club members together.

  7. Loretta’s Korner – Loretta read an article about the Rotary Club entertaining students that are home for the holiday. They even included a list of the guests, which included our own Scott Webb.
