    1. Member Proposal – Harm is proposed as a new member of the club.
    2. Paul Harris – Erwin is presented his PH +3
    3. Vermilion Minor Ball Presentation – Kirby and the club present $2,000 cheque to Vermilion Minor Ball.
    4. Harvest Gala update – Laurel gives an update on Harvest Gala. Sign up sheet is sent around, need members to help with decorating and set up. Bevin thanked the club for reaching out to local community groups for silent auction items. Still looking for a “big ticket” item for live auctioning. 5:30 cocktails, 6:30 supper. Need to push ticket sales…..  Direct parties to Laurel at Webb’s Machinery.
    5. Inclusion Alberta Update – October is Disabilities awareness month. Kirby read a story about some experiences of inclusion placement. The program remains a great opportunity to those in Alberta.
