    1. Cultivate Wellness Summit Requests – This is a personal improvement course put on by Jenna Waltz yearly. Bevin Motions “That we sponsor people of need up to an amount of $500 to attend the Wellness event, this will be administered by Jenna.” Seconded by Darlene. Passed.
    2. Vermilion Youth Justice Letter – Request that Rotary be an avenue for Erwin Moves “that the Rotary Club partner with the Youth Justice Committee to assist with their applied sanctions” Seconded by Dawn.  This is just in providing volunteer opportunities for individuals who have been given community service. The individual would not be a violent offender, and the Justice committee provides insurance. We would be selective in the rolls they take etc. the Justice committee is starting to rebuild their network of opportunities. This is not a long term or requirement to provide the opportunities.  We can always say no. Passed
    3. Buffalo Coulee AED Request – Bruce motions “that we purchase an AED for the Buffalo Coulee Hall with the understanding that they sign off and commit to maintaining it.” Seconded by Laurel Vote Passed.  Note we should make this a standard for donated units moving forward.
    4. Seniors Centre Curling Floor – Bruce motions that we provide an additional $2,500 (over and above the $5,000 from the Garage Sale) taking our contribution to $7,500 Seconded by Dawn question regarding the status of the project. They are currently in fundraising. They have approached Community Closet in addition to some funds they have in place from other donors. Passed.
    5. Casino 2024 – The club has been offered a casin for June 29, 30th 2024. Eugene motions that we proceed with the casino offered. Seconded by Darlene. Passed.

    7. Vulnerable Persons Check- suggestion to develop a letter to assist RCMP in the check, it usually takes 10 min. Need 2 pieces of Government. Suggestion that we should send a letter to the district for clarification on what is required, why and the impact this could have on the club’s ability to do our projects.

  1. Loretta’s Corner – Notes on advertisements from 1974, Camper coats are 15$, neck ties 1$, socks 1$.
