- World Polio Day Raffle: raised $600 from the raffle of stuffies and $230 from sergeant fines. Total $830 Winners of the stuffies Koala Bear-Darlene Barlow and the Lion was won by Gerri Cameron. We are 334% above our goal for this year.

- Exchange Student: Jay Barrett is starting to go through the process of approval for being our exchange student.
- Check to see if your vulnerable sector check is up to date.
- Interact Club: have about 11 kids show up for the first meeting. Have been invited to come our morning meetings. More kids will probably come as it will be advertised through the school. This club needs to do 2 community events. This club is looking at getting some events going for teenage group. E.g. Snowman building contest in Feb with proceeds going to the food bank.
Looking into if any of these kids could come to the International Conference in Calgary.
- Haying in the 30’s: We will be selling cookies in front of Modern Edge Paint Store this year. A call out has gone out for cookies. The U9 hockey team are coming to help with this project by making and selling cookies. The U9 team is the hockey team that Rotary sponsors. The rotary interact club is also helping with this event.
- Tim Hortons Smile Cookies: Focus is the sole recipient of this event. There is a challenge amongst rotary club from Vermilion and Lloyd. Nov 18 to 24th. Get a receipt and send to Carla (ask Dawn for email to send it to)
- Thank you to: Team 1 for breakfast
- Social Activity: On December 5 we are going to Derwent Pizza. Let Loretta or Laurel know if you can attend. They will need to know about a week before. A sign up sheet will be going around before.
- Rotary Foundation: fundraising goal for our club is $6000 and are at $7509 already. District average this year so far is $30 per member and our club is $235
