Copy of the 2024/2025 reviewed financial statement coming out today
Outbound Counsellor: Dave showed some pictures of Jay Barrett. Played his guitar at a school function for about 3000 students. Jay sent some pictures to us, but we are waiting for where/what they are of. A tornado had hit close by where Jay is staying. He is safe.
Harvest Gala: Collecting money from purchases and paying out of our bills. 65000 revenues about 25,000 expenses. Will be discussing at an executive meeting if Gala will still be ongoing.
Members can start brainstorming about some other ways of raising money.
Do something at the LLC with a head liner with other groups doing performances along with the headliner.

-has invited Sophia T. to go with them to Belize Interact Club of Vermilion is paying for her flight to go.
Rotary Club of Grand Prairie: has invited up to 2 interact club members to go with them to Dominican Republic. Days for Girls feminine hygiene products.
Trip to Ottawa: Adventures in Citizenship, possibly send 2
Rylee and Rypen Camps are also coming up
