  1. Haying in the Thirties Fundraiser: 4:30pm gathering to put cookies together in packages
         5:30pm take them to Modern Edge Painting
            Interact club will be doing the hot chocolate.
 
  1. Harvest Gala: November 1, 2025, as been booked for the gala. We are hoping to get the hall the Thursday before to decorate because of Halloween.
  
  1. Annual General Meeting: last years minutes approved by Rebekah W.
 
       Presentation given by each of the committee leaders.
Present report: We are still looking for a president elect. We are on track as far as our events and socials. Dawn said thank you to everyone.
 
Treasurer report: Financial statement has been sent out to everyone. Was reviewed by Rebekah, Bevin, Bruce and outside person is Jack Seewalt.
Motioned made by Bruce MacDuff that we accept the financial statement as presented. Seconded by Rob Snow.
Motion carried.
 
Secretary: Things as going good as a secretary
 
Membership Chair: Need more people to invite prospective members to our meetings. At least come and visit 3 times.
Foundation Chair: Scott mentioned that we need to apply for some of the district grants. He is also wanting a couple of people to join his committee. Also think about what kind of projects that we could apply the grants for.
 
New Generations Chair: Youth exchange student candidate: Jay Barrett
Interact Club: students are very excited about this opportunity
Camps: numerous students went to our camps
 
Public relations Chair: Mary Lee is wanting to put more information out on social media in 2025. There will be testimonials from members about Rotary approximately once a month.
 
Kirby W motioned that we accept Jack Seewalt as the outside auditor for the 2024/2025 year. Seconded by: Dave Bates. Motion carried

  1. Social Activity: On December 5 we are going to Derwent Pizza. Let Loretta or Laurel know if you can attend. They will need to know about a week before. A sign-up sheet will be going around before.
 
  1. Foundation Presentation: Scott did a presentation on Foundation.
Every Rotarian Every Year. Club would give a total on average per member of $100 US Each member would also have to donate of $25.00 US
