- O Canada/Four Way Test
- Introduction of Guests: Bernie Webb – last time as guest, Susan
- Breakfast – Thank you to Team 2
- Inclusion Breakfast Update – Susan thanked participants from the Inclusion Breakfast. They made over 220,000 to their efforts.
- Vermilion Folk Club request – They are wanting to update their equipment to enable them to continue to host local shows. They would hope to have the Vermilion Rotary Club as a Sponsor. Executive recommended a donation of 1500 for equipment. Discussion – Bruce Motions that we donated $1000 for equipment and a one-time sponsorship of $500 – Silver for this season. Seconded by Scott. It was discussed that the club look at a yearly Silver sponsorship for the club. Motion Passed.
- Casino…. Call to arms…. We need volunteers now. Darlene, Rebekah, Erwin, Lorne all put their hands up.
- Flag Project…. Work Bee this Saturday to get the flags ready. The long weekend is coming fast!
- Member Induction – Bernie Webb. Laurel inducted Bernie as the newest member of the Vermilion Rotary Club.
- Rotary Foundation Presentation – Scott discussed ways to contribute to the Rotary Foundation. Erwin proposes that we commit $1,000 USD to the rotary recommended water project. Seconded by Shawn…. Discussion - Motion Passed.
