Agenda
- O Canada/Four Way Test
- Introduction of Guests: Jack Myer, Corbin McNicol & Tracy McNicol, Susan
- Breakfast – Thank you to Team 4
- RYLE Presentation – Jack and Corbin told us about their experience going the RYLE event at Camp Nakamun. This event focuses on leadership skills. Team Building Conflict Resolution. The Outbound Exchange students were also at the event. Note: Cereal is not a soup, a taco is a sandwich while a hot dog is not.
- Budget – If you have any questions please address them before Eugene leaves. Significant changes were made to the budget on all the ongoing donations we make related to Food – Breakfast Programs, Food Bank etc. We also need to look at our Clubs interest in Exchange – we have an interested outgoing student. The Budgets were emailed out, changes were highlighted to help identify.
- Vermilion Folk Club Cheque Presentation – Allan also announced that the MacMillans will be hosting an event in their yard June 22nd 6:30. If you ar interested in attending please contact Allan. This is operated as a cost recovery event. Cost 40$ - bring your own snacks, chairs etc.
- Flag Update – 1st time ever we didn’t get a call about a missing flag!!
