Motion: Bruce MacDuff made the motion that the following members are signing officers for July 2024 to June 2025 year: Eugene Wasylik, Darlene Barlow, Dawn Riley and Mike Webb. Any two to sign.

Still need more people to volunteer for some shifts
Sign to be put up on the south side of the booth
Move the red Rotary Drum out of the grain bin behind the booth

- Rotary Youth Exchange
Lorne went through the processes of the youth exchange. July 31 is the deadline to let the district know whether we are wanting to do the exchange.
Played a video that Amy Badry did as a testimonial to doing the exchange. She is working at JR Robson as a Social/Emotional Coach. She told us about her experience as an exchange student.
- Sophia Teran is needing a ride to the Edmonton Airport on August 11, she is going to Winnipeg to the Canadian Museum for Human Rights.
- Membership dues are due
- Casino Mileage needs to be submitted. Eugene said its 344 kms to and from Camrose.
