Bob Fisher Bike repairs:
Motion: (made by Eugene W) Vermilion Rotary Club will donate $1000.00 to Bob Fisher to pay for parts and tools required to refurbish the for bikes he donates to our garage sale and Santa’s Anonymous.
Seconded by Bernie W.
This will cover 2 years of funding.

Wellness Coalition:
Motion: Vermilion Rotary Club will donate $1000.00 towards the wellness coalition Funding Request for the open oven night. (Motion made by: Darlene B)
Seconded by: Laurel
Amended by: Kirby: Vermilion Rotary Club will donate $1800.00 and that we will have exclusive naming rights to the event. Amendment was accepted by Darlene

Marauders Football Club Jerseys:
Motion: Vermilion Rotary Club will be sponsoring the Marauders Football Club for jerseys in the amount of $1000.00 (motion was made by Darlene B)

  1. Garage Sale: Bernie mentioned that we have more stuff to sell this year and to be very generous with our pricing. She is very proud of our club with all the hard work everyone does. Our District Governor is coming for the Thursday night.
 
  1. Garage Sale Wind up: Laurel is asking for help with the drinks. Also need help with prep of the set-up, everyone to bring a dessert.
 
  1. Corey Buckingham: Corey announced that he has taken a promotion to the Onion Lake Detachment and will be moving in the summer.
