- Bernie & Margaret: Garage Sale Volunteer Sheets- Sign up sheets for volunteer shifts and food prep/cooking were passed around.

- Correspondence and Announcements:
- Short presentation by Sophia. Sophia gave the club a Thank you card, to be read at a later date.
- Dawn: Request for judges for superintendent speeches. VES is holding their Superintendent Speeches on April 14 at 9:30 am and have asked the Rotary Club if they would like to judge them. If you are interested in volunteering for this fun event please let Dawn know. (three people are needed)
- Laurel: April 2 Off Site Meeting at VES. We will be meeting at VES on the 2nd of April, Team one will still be doing breakfast (muffins, etc..) Please wear loose clothing, it will be an active morning!
- Presentation regarding Fashion Show by Colonel Craig Armory representative: Jim Storch presented about the fundraising event coming April 11th. Look for the posters around town and spread the word!
- Presentation by Kristi Barnes with Vermilion Ukrainian Dance Festival: The club supported the festival this year, which was earlier than usual. It was a little smaller than usual, but a successful event overall!
- March 26th Meeting: Conducted by Garage Sale Committee
- April 2nd: offsite meeting at VES
