- Sponsorship Request from the Vermilion Agriculture Society Canine Committee for the Canada Day Celebration on July 1, 2026
- MOTION: Dave Bates made a motion that we sponsor the Canine Committee for the Vermilion Ag Society for $500. John Robinson seconded. Carried.
- Fundraising request- Vermilion Agriculture Society requests a community club to run a pancake breakfast at the Canada Day event.
- Sponsorship Request- Vermilion Chamber of Commerce request funding for a Canada Day Drive In movie July 1st. Event will be free of charge to the community.
- MOTION: Bevin Hamilton made a motion to donate $500 to the Vermilion Chamber of Commerce for their Canada Day Movie event. Cathy Bartley Seconded. Carried.
- Sponsorship Request: Canadian Highschool Rodeo Finals request for “Adopt an Athlete” program.
- MOTION: Rebekah Warkentin made a motion to sponsor 2 athletes for $300 total for the highschool rodeo host committee. Carried.
- We are proposing to partner with the Vermilion Ag Society to get a motorized put into the Heritage Building at the Ag Grounds.
- MOTION: Laurel Wynnychuk makes a motion to donate up to $2000 to replace the door in the Heritage Building with the Vermilion Ag Society. John Murie Seconded. Carried.
- Dawn R presented on the Rotary Impact Tour started by our Rotary International Director happening on July 1st at Fort Edmonton Park at 2 pm to 8 pm
