Jay Barrett: Outgoing exchange student
-going to Brazil
-Jay presented to the club his PowerPoint that he will be doing while in Brazil
-he gave us an insight into was he like to do e.g. Art, outdoor activities and playing guitar

-Jay received his first pin from the Brazilian delegations while Erwin was at International Convention
Haya and Seryna Salame:
-Playing for the Lakeland District U17 Soccer Association
-Haya and Seryna both played for the Vermilion Soccer Association and can play with the level up Lakeland District Soccer Association in the summer.
-Presented Haya and Seryna with a cheque for $600 to go towards their registration and tournament fees.
Correspondence And Announcements:
Business: Vermilion & District Housing Foundation
Brittany Bratrud had presented to the club with a Wishlist of items. The club decided the first on to do would be the Medi Carts.
Motion: Vermilion Rotary Club will purchase 3 Medi carts with a challenge to the Lions club to help pay for the 3rd cart for a total of $9000. 3 carts at $3000 a piece.

Membership Proposals:
Foundation: Scott Webb has reached the Benefactor Level with Rotary Endowment Fund and was presented with “wings” and a certificate.
Vermilion Transit Service: -July 28 the board will decide whether they will continue with the transit service
-have regulars every week
