- Note that all members were sent an update from Eugene regarding the Budget. Eugene will be gong for the next few weeks so please forward questions to Eugene or better yet save them for Eugene’s return.
- Vacation – Bevin Hamilton – Discussed growing up in Saskatchewan and his life’s journey. Graduating from the U of S, and how he decided on his career path. His route through Olds and eventually to Vermilion. Defining life events and future plans both professional and personal. Including his upcoming wedding and current pursuit of his Masters degree. Thanks to Bevin Dave suggested setting up some kind of Wedding Registry at the upcoming Garage Sale.
- Darlene – Special Project.
- Dawn – We are a go for Purple Pinky fundraiser. February 22nd is a Thursday and we would go from school to school. Dawn will be sending information out to the schools to educate them regarding the significance of this project.
- April 15 to 21st will be the Vermilion Music Festival. Note that this is the week of the Ukrainian Dance Festival and our Garage Sale. Dawn distributed Posters for local businesses to put up.
- Erwin – we will need to have a work bee to go through the flags one Saturday in March.
- Cash Draw – 150$ Mike Donkin, 100$ Patrick Willis.
- Seargent – After a couple weeks off, Fines were levied!
