  1. Vocational: Mary Lee gave her Vocational this morning! She also discussed Economic Development in the Town of Vermilion.

  • Reminder to submit volunteer hours to Tannis!!!
  • Funding request from a club in Ontario, for a Literacy project in Guatemala. Dawn will forward the email. Brenda let the club know the Tessa has contacted her regarding the wells is Lesoto, there are problems. Brenda will forward to Executive.
  • Youth District Exchange committee emailed  the new application for clubs to participate in the 2018-2019 Youth Exchange. Deadline to apply for clubs is September 30, 2017.  After a discussion at the meeting today, the club decided that we will not apply to participate in the exchange program next year.

 

  1. Sergeant- at Arms report –  we are running late so Sargent gave us the week off!
