Our Guest Speaker for this morning was Mr. Dion Pollard with Vermilion and Area Kidsport. Kidsport has been successful in assisting Kids who need assistance with sports fees up to $200 per year each. Vermilion Kidsport supports kids in both the Town of Vermilion as well as the County of Vermilion River. Applications are up by 50 percent in the last few years. Up to 35 kids are accessing these funds each year. Presently all applicants that qualify are receiving assistance but the amount of assistance per person has to be scaled back due to lack of funding. A letter was sent previously requesting support from our club for the Kidsport program.

Jan is doing the Alzheimers Fundraiser and donation boxes are set up around town.

Cash Raffle winners were - $800 Dot Hartwell, $200 Lloyd Esak, $75 Michael and Kim Becker
