October 12th 2017 Rotary meeting
- 7am: Call to Order, O Canada, Prayer (O Lord and Giver of all good, we thank Thee for our daily food. May Rotary Friends and Rotary Ways help us to serve Thee all our days. Amen)

- Birthdays /Anniversary: Dawn October 13, Craig Brown October 15
- Correspondence/Committee Updates:
- Harvest Gala tickets! only about 45 tickets left!!! Plenty of silent auction items are set, but more are gladly welcomed!
- Festival of Trees- Nov 23-25th there will be a need for help and cookies. we possibly could be approached to help cover cost of power.
- Social on October 26th - 6:00 pm tours at the museum and dessert potluck 7:00 pm
- EARN Breakfast - Pomeroy Inn (other Rotary Clubs are invited), Need a good showing of local Rotarians. Speaker is Linda Edgecombe (and cash raffle draw will occur there)
- Interact/Ryla - first meeting this year on Monday October 4:00pm at Christina’s home Furnishings. Will be trying to send the entire club to RYLA this year on October 28th.
- Long term Youth Exchange: Executive discussed creating a committee to examine whether or not we would like to continue to participate in Rotary International Youth Exchange.
- Rotary International Resolutions: an email from Julius Buski. Please take a few minutes to review this email and the resolution.
- Standing Item from week to week: if there is time ask a member to share their highlights of attending an International Conference.
