Rotary Club of Vermilion Meeting Minutes

Thank you to Team One for Breakfast

  1. Walking through Grief sent card of thanks for donation from club.
  1. Calendar a decision needs to be made TODAY. Kirby Whitlock has stepped up to keep the project going, and has a team in place to make this happen. Shawn Jacula created a template for a different version and will share with Kirby and his team.  Bruce MacDuff made a motion to continue Calendar, Kirby Whitlock 2nd. Vote held, Motion carried.
  2. Funding Requests:

            a) Come by the Hills: Discussion regarding amount, $100 was the decided upon. Brenda Lee made a motion to donate $100, Dawn Riley 2nd. Vote held, motion carried.

            b) ipad: Recommendation from Executive that the club cover up to $500. Bruce MacDuff made motion to cover cost up to $500 after purchase made, with receipt. Loretta 2nd, vote held, motion carried.

4) Cash Raffle: $150 Barb Ruddick

                          $100 Carol and Steven Heshom
