Rotary Club of Vermilion Meeting Minutes
Guests: Justin Thompson, Colton and Laurel Wynnychuk

- A donation form for The Canadian Diabetes Association was passed around.
- VES Community Breakfast: is this morning and if any Rotarians are able to come help clean up after the meeting that would be greatly appreciated.
3) Tessa showed some pictures of the Lesotho Project to update the club!
4) Funding Requests:
a) Brighter Beginnings: Executive recommends $500 towards literacy project. Bruce made a motion to donate $500, Craig made friendly amend to up to $1000, Gary Walsh 2nd, vote held Motion carried.
b) St. Jerome’s Breakfast Program: Scott Webb made motion to donate $500, Candice 2nd. Vote Held, Motion carried.
5) Youth Exchange: Two host families are arranged, Wanda and Dave Evans and Laurel and Mike Wynnychuk. We are still seeking a family for Teresa to start her adventure with!
6) Committee chart: Dawn will be leaving it up until the end of June and adding names
7) Communication: Dawn has created a sign up sheet for how members would prefer communication from the club and executive come to them. Please fill in your first preference.
8) Justin Thompson was proposed as a New Member by Dawn Riley.
9) RLI: Charlene and Kirby and Rebekah shared information about RLI May 9 weekend.
10) The next Casino is now in the 1st Quarter of the next year.
