Birthdays/Anniversaries: Happy Birthday this week to Bernie Webb and Carl Vidal. Gus will be celebrating his birthday on Sunday. Please wish him a happy birthday if you see him.
Dessert with Gus: As part of his fundraising efforts, Gus will be hosting a Taste of Brazil Dessert Night, May 25th, 7:00 PM at the Brown home. Rumor has it that he is not only providing the dessert, but that he’s the entertainment as well. Cost for the evening is $10. Please RSVP with numbers to Craig or Gus.
Soccer with Gus: Gus plays soccer on Tuesday at 7:00 (this may be his only home game). Let’s cheer him on!
Flag Project: Our first long weekend is approaching quickly. Craig is busy putting flags together. If you’d like to help, give him a text/email for the next work date. In an effort to promote sales, Craig would like to put up some flags early. We need to sell 200 flags to break even on this project for the first year. We’ve roughly sold 150 flags so far.
Cash Draw: Dawn is just waiting for the raffle license number to proceed with printing the new cash draw tickets.
Survey: Members completed an online survey to help Justin in his year as chair.
Rotary Dues: Eugene advised that RTI has increased their fees. An estimated fee for next year is $285. More info to follow.
