Meeting Minutes July 6, 2017

3) Executive for 2017-2018 as of July 6, 2017
Dawn has agreed to receive the emails and President for the 2017-2018 year.

-encouraging all club members to step up and take a leadership (temporary) role

Executive Vacancy - New Generations - Please let Rebekah know if you have an interest in this crucial role
4) Committees - lots of opportunities to participate
5) In the next couple of weeks will get charts of committees and membership and breakfast out to all!
6) Executive Meeting - 6:30 at Prairie Place
7) DG visit - Frank rescheduled to November 22 and 23
8) Eugene: signing for the six bank accounts - Dawn Secretary, Eugene Treasurer, Rebekah President Elect Craig Brown also as Member at large. Motion put forward to accept signing authority. Dave Bates seconded. Motion carried.
9) Cash Draw - 100 tickets left to sell. Thank you to Brenda, Julie, Laurel for splitting up Bruce’s list! Please bring cash and tickets as you sell them.
10) Flags - three missing, Craig will be away August and September long weekend but he will have arrangements made for disbursement. Looking at August 1 for set up and take down on the Tuesday. Mike Webb will coordinate September weekend.
11) Fair Booth/Raffle - tickets are ordered and being picked up July 21st. A booth sign up list will come out next week.
12) Celebration for Dawn’s two years - Brenda and Eugene presented a gift to Dawn for two years of service.
13) Get to know another Rotarian Interview: Rotarians interviewed each other: What brought you to Rotary? What keeps you in Rotary? What is something unique that you contribute ( or could contribute to Rotary?
