Rotary Club of Vermilion Meeting Minutes

Guests: Carol Coleman, Jim Zadorozny, Dan Whiting (Lloydminster Club)

Thank you to Team Two for Breakfast

  1. Carol Coleman and Jim Zadorozny came to present information to the club regarding the Come By The Hills Music Festival. This festival which is August 14 and 15 is a family oriented event. There is camping available at the sight, and ticket packages beginning at $50. The organization is appealing to local community businesses for sponsorship to help facilitate the cost cutting to keep the event affordable. President Lorne will discuss the request for funding with the Executive.
  1. Rotary Leadership Institute: May 9th, still room to register

      3. Garage Sale is on track and help is always wanted! Contact Brenda or Debbie Neigum.

      4. Rotary Day Chairperson and Committee members are needed. Please contact Lorne if you are interested in heading up this project.

      5. Please contact Lorne if you have an idea or venue suggestion for an off-site meeting April 30th.

      6. Town Clean-up is Saturday May 9. The Club has committed to a zone. Please contact Shawn if you will be able to assist.

      7. John Lunty proposed David Bates for membership. Please contact Lorne if needed.
