- Hot Lunch Sign up circulated - March 20, April 17 or May 22 are our remaining dates for this school year.
- New Business:
- Funding request from Battle River Music Society. The Executive has recommended $100. Candice made motion to donate $100. Kirby 2nd. No discussion, motion carried.
- The Vermilion Race bartending: The Good Life institute has asked Rotary to bartend, and have offered a $100 donation to the club. Dawn and Loretta are lined up to do it, if anyone would like to join them they are more than welcome. March 17 from 4-9 pm at the Regional Centre.
- Integrity Awards: Reminder for award nominations to come in to Ken ASAP.
- Garage Sale: Alberta Health Services has donated chairs to the garage sale. Dawn will make arrangements to store the chairs until sale.
- John Curling Highlights: Dean, Nan, John and Eugene attended the District event! John shared a wonderful video with us about curling.
- St. Albert Club’s St. Patrick’s Day event, if interested in attending contact Dawn and she will forward the information.

- Offsite meeting: March 29th at the new Town Shop, a sign up sheet ws circulated, but please please RSVP to Laurel for this morning so correct amount of breakfast is purchased.
- Colton: he is attending JR part time this year to finish a couple of courses and is volunteering at VES in the mornings (the kids love having him!). He is off to Lethbridge this fall to start his education degree!
