Breakfast Meeting - February 4, 2010

Chris and Rod Barlow joined us for the morning meeting. Chris is our outbound exchange student for 2010 and is expecting to go to Taiwan this Fall for his final year of High School.
Eileen reported that Rotary Day, February 22, will be recognized with an advertisement in the local paper. A brochure is being developed and a Highway sign is being investigated to further promote Rotary in our area.
The Club approved to donate $100 to the local Ukranian Dance Festival.
Jordan Poliakiwski sent a letter of appreciation for our sponsorship towards her trip to Paris to compete in Judo.
Barry will proceed with organizing another cash raffle for 2010. Assistance is required from club members to sell the tickets as this is a key fundraiser for our club. Talk to Barry if you can help!
