  • Kirby Whitlock received his Paul Harris Fellow.

  1. Treasurers Report, Audit, GIC-
    • $25,000 Income and $13,000 Expenses currently
    • Books are ready to be Audited
    • We moved funds into a GIC July 1, 2024 for $50,000
  2. Funding Request for FOCUS-
    • We make a motion to give FOCUS $900 for transportation costs to travel to Lloydminster for swimming. Bruce MacDuff motioned. Allan MacMillan seconded.
    • Discussion- Look at making it an open-ended motion in case the pool does not open on time.
    • Look at supporting them with more with another motion later if the pool does not open.
    • All in favour. Carried.
  3. Jasper Wildfire Aid-
    • Call for action to help assist in the Jasper wildfire clean up.
    • We donate $5000 to the District Charitable Foundation to assist with the Jasper Wildfire Community Support to help agencies support the community long term. Scott Webb motioned. Dave Bates seconded.
    • No Discussion.
