  1. O Canada/Four Way Test
  2. Introduction of Guests: Paige Jeremco (The Good Life Institute), Bernie Webb, Susan
  3. Breakfast – Thank you to Team 4
  4. Viper Swim Club – With the Pool out of commission the Club has arranged to go to Vegreville for swimming. Their estimated costs are in the range of $11,000 for the season. Scott Motions that the Club donate $2,000 towards their costs. Seconded by Laurel. Discussion - … Call for a Vote - Passed.
  5. Flags – We have the new poles and Flags so we just need to put them all together. The 11th of May is the target Date 9AM at the old Webb’s RV shop.
  6. There is a sign up for the Inclusion Breakfast – This is May 2nd in Lloydminster. Darlene will not be available for Flag setup this year, we are looking for another Rotarian to take the lead on that area.
  7. Laurel Proposed Bernie Webb as a new Rotary Member.
  8. Volunteer appreciation night. Thursday the 25th at the community oven. We will have the option to move inside dependant on the weather. We will need Rotarians to help by bringing a dessert. Burgers and smokies will be provided. It will start at 5:30. Scott is setting up around 4:00 to start setting up tables etc. This should be a great event!
  9. Goodlife Presentation – Paige presented to the group. She discussed the Institutes work, Race of Vermilion, Taste of Vermilion (Their Biggest Event-Mainstreet between 500-600 people), Art in the Park sponsored by Interpipeline, Savour is their last event of the year.
