- New Member – Robert Snelgrove is inducted as a member of the Vermilion Rotary Club.
- Budget 2023-2024 (Kirby) –
- Loretta – Looking at doing a plaque at the lookout for Brenda. Also look at doing a land acknowledgment at the same tie. Loretta is working on wording. Eugene and Loretta have also picked a spot for the peace pole – awaiting First call before installation.
