- The Cheesery – Patrick talked about coming to the club about a year ago when he talked about his vision for his new location in Vermilion. This May they hope to open the new patio. They enjoyed a very diverse and rich visitor list over the last year. 300 visitors from out of country alone. They strive to feature locally sourced products. They have been hosting wine tasting, and shortly will be having Beer tasting. Also some spring specials like toffee on snow and other traditional spring treats. They are now moving into the production facility, equipment is currently being installed. They are distributing to stores across Alberta, all the local Co-Op’s in the area and even the Co-Ops in the City or Edmonton and Calgary.
