  1. O Canada/Four Way Test

  4. New Business
    1. Executive Goals for the year – Need to pick 50% of the suggested goals from Rotary International, Club goals are available for review on the Club Runner Website. Many of the Goals are already achieved. Needed to pick at least 13 goals, we have 14 on our list.
    2. Note that the Decals at the Fair booth need to be replaced, they are pealing, and they are the old Rotary format.
    3. Calendar for the year, offsites, Christmas – please provide any suggestions for offsite meetings to Kirby, based on the schedule we have 5 that we need to fill. Harvest Gala is the First Saturday in November, be sure to put it on your calendar. Note District conference is in Edmonton this year, it will only be a Friday Evening-Sat morning event.
  5. Old Business
    1. Guests/Vocationals – Please talk to Kirby if there is someone you would like to see present. Also prepare for a return of Vocationals, some of the established members will be called upon
    2. Corey has an inverter for the awnings, Dave has looked at the ceiling fans, and believes we can fit one in and he is suggesting new.
    3. Bruce encouraged members to invite others to joint them at the club, tell them that you will buy their breakfast 3 times and see what they think.

Upcoming Events / Reminders
Next weeks meeting there will be a presentation from the Library about the lift they hope to install to make the library basement accessible.
