New Business
- Cash Draw. We only have 14 unsold tickets. Winners this month $150 Kristen Huxtable $100 Brian Chrisp
- Flags-We need to refurbish some of the older flags. If you keep a stash at home let Erwin know and he can arrange for replacement
- Foundation-Scott is this years’ chair so he gave a little info session. In 1917 the Endowment Fund was established and since then $4.4 billion dollars has been raised and distributed into 3 main areas 1) Annual Fund-Grants to fund local and international projects 2) Polio Plus 3) Disaster Response
- Fair Booth-Cory updated the club. It went well. Our revenue was $5700 less expenses of $420 and prize money of $2023 the total profit was $3244.40. Winner for the 2023 raffle was Shaun Whelan. Darlene brought up possibly replacing the decals on the booth, they are starting to peel. Further discussion in the future on this
