Introduction of Guests: Robert Snelgrove - prospective member (Bruce), Bernie Huedepohl, Dawns Grandkids Bobbie and Bentley, Darlene’s sister Diana.

Business
- Scott Garage sale update – Tables are in the Sea Can is Cleaned out. Bruce, Darlene and her sister, Janice Jackson, Bernie Webb, Mike B all helped out, lists going around for signing up for various rolls.
- Bernie Huedepohl – Music Festival Update- Ended up with 43 entries. The adjudicators commented on the quality of our teaching in the area. We will be represented in 5 events at provincials. They handed out over 1200$ in scholarships and also a donation to the food bank. Youngest participant was 5 years old, and the oldest was 74. They are on a journey to build up the festival again moving forward. They operated at a loss this year but in a process to build things back up. They have a bit of a war chest they had built up over the years and believe it can sustain things moving forward until the festival gets built back up to traditional levels.
- Inclusion Alberta Video-Kirby noted that we need some additional representation on the inclusion team. They meet after our Rotary meeting every second month. It is a great opportunity to get involved.
Announcements & Reminders:
- April 20 Regular Meeting – Robert Snelgrove will be presenting. Many of the Executive and incoming executive will be away at conference.
- April 27 Garage Sale Meeting
- May 4 Inclusion Alberta (in Lloydminster)
- May 4 Garage Sale Celebration
- May 18th we are working on an Off-Site meeting. (Regional Centre is closed for floor polishing.
