  • 2023-2024 Executive – Plan is to have President by committee. Past presidents will have the opportunity to take separate months. We will also have mentorship opportunities.  At this point Rebekka will take June. We also need positions filled for that calendar year ideally by out AGM December 19th.
  • Toddler Accessibility Playground – Committee met, Grant ap was submitted. This Grant is not a matching grant and was time sensitive.
  • Rotary Bonspiel (February 23-26 2023) – This year the Bonspiel is in Airdry (co-hosted with Calgary). We hosted in 2001 and 2016, is this something we would be interested
  • Badges – sending out emails with options to individual members.
  • Foundation Month is this November – Robin asks us to reflect on how lucky we are. Foundation is a chance to share with those who don’t have the things we have. Rotary Foundation is one of the highest rated in the world based on Dollars coming in vs the Dollars given out to end projects. WE currently have 1700$ set aside as a club to donate to foundation. This year there is 3 Prize levels. $1000, $500, $200 Which will be the Club’s foundation monies donated in your name to the foundation. For those members that contribute a suggested 100$ over and above what they normally do they will be entered into this draw. There will be a fourth surprise to be discussed later. Our club has donated $192,000 to foundation over the years.
