Business
- Vermilion Chamber of Commerce Presentation: Leanne Martin- Executive Director of the Chamber. Started in 1906. The last few years the Chamber has been busy updating policies etc. and re-tooling for the future. Membership has around 170 members which is up the last two years, and probably the highest ever. The Vermilion Chamber is one of 116 in Alberta, and 450 in Canada representing 200,000 businesses. Chambers have developed a great network of Discount options available to members. One of their popular programs is a Group Insurance plan that has been very popular in our community. The gift cards are also a great program. These transactions simply go through your credit card machine. The Chamber has re-started the travel program, 52 people are going to Ireland in the Spring, in April 2024 there will be a trip to Italy. Discussion of how well Vermilion Businesses do promoting other businesses in the Town. This is a great attitude to have!

- Next Week will be a regular meeting instead of Business…. Team 2 will be doing breakfast.
- Cookie Sales for Parade: Dawn- We will be setting up at 4:30 to bag cookies for the sale. This will be at Kirby’s Furniture store. (Christina’s Home Furnishing) The weather is supposed to be nice and a good time will be had by all.
