- Flags(Erwin)-last long weekend setup tentative Sept 1
- Brenda-August Furniture sale- update-We definitely lose out on the personal element during this type of furniture sale, however we helped out 9 families who moved their loved ones into the lodge and hopefully we are able to sell all of the furniture we have listed. Friday(tomorrow) will be the major pack out day. Once bidding has closed, the decisions whether to a) move back into the sea can or b) donate to our partners will be made. Brenda will let volunteers know the pack out schedule for those assisting with loading and also the plan for taking the leftovers to the Olive Tree in Lloydminster. Webb’s RV shop will be cleaned and back for their use by Sunday.
- Ticket sales(Dawn)-all but 25 tickets have been sold.
- Scott gave a brief update on the latest news from Lakeland College and the $17.3 million dollars presented yesterday by Premier Jason Kenny
