Call to order 7 am VIRTUAL ZOOM Meeting
In attendance: Mary Lee Prior, Erwin Warkentin, Jean Vidal, Brenda Lee, Lorne Maier, Laurel Wynnychuk, Darlene Barlow, Mike Webb, Dave Bates, Eugene Wasylik, Loretta Quickstad and Lisa Beveridge
Introduction of guests: Wainwright Rotary Club members George Bunz, Roger Holmes, Dave Nevelle and Arthur Schwenter

Business:
- Flags-Erwin- Will be going up June 25 and we are closing in on 300 flags purchased.
- Cash draw- Dawn will be stopping at Modern Edge Painting to pick up cash and stubs this afternoon. Just email or text her to let her know if you will be dropping anything off.
- Round table discussion with the Wainwright Rotarians. We discussed how each club has been conducting their meetings during the pandemic. Wainwright held their first “in person” meeting last night, in accordance with Covid 19 Regulations. The Wainwright members are currently working on raising funds for a CT scanner, with $4 million needed to purchase, half of this amount will be through fundraising efforts of the Wainwright Rotary and their fundraising partners.
- We had a brief discussion on our Garage Sale fundraiser. According to current health guidelines it would be very hard to hold a Garage sale in the same manner we have in the past.
Sargent report-Mary Lee fined herself for not introducing herself. Erwin said to give thought to our 4 Way Test, and how we can apply it to our daily lives
