Call to order 7 am VIRTUAL ZOOM Meeting
In attendance: Mary Lee Prior, Erwin Warkentin, Jean Vidal, Brenda Lee, Lorne Maier, Laurel Wynnychuk, Darlene Barlow, Mike Webb, Dave Bates, Eugene Wasylik, Shawn Jacula and Lisa Beveridge

Business:
- Flags-Erwin- no updates. He will be sending an email out to club members confirming the date(June 25) we will be putting out flags for the July 1 holiday.
- Cash draw-Dawn is currently dispersing tickets. If you have cash/ticket stubs to hand in just text or call her. Cash/stubs can be dropped off at Modern Edge Painting for Dawn to pick up
- 2020/21 budget-Mike-Mike had no additions or deletions to the budget as presented. Erwin Warkinten made a motion to approve the 2020/21 budget. Dawn Riley seconded. Motion carried.
- Update from Mary Lee-the Rotary Room at the Regional Center will be opening after phase 2 on Friday June 12 Most club members do not feel it is a good idea to meet inside just yet but there was some discussion as to meeting outside. Stay tuned for updates
- Jason Whiting gave us an update from his club and from the District Office, they have been connecting through zoom as we have. He commended our club on our attendance at our weekly meetings and for the success of our flag program.
- Eugene-signing authorities need to be changed for the new 2020/21 rotary year. Current signing authorities are Eugene Wasylik, Lisa Beveridge, Darlene Barlow and Mary Lee Prior. Mike Webb will be replacing Mary Lee as of July 1/20. Dawn Riley made a motion to update the signing authorities to Eugene, Lisa, Darlene and Mike. Laurel Wynnychuk seconded. Motion carried.
- Mary Lee let us know that Janine Lange will not be renewing her membership for the upcoming year.
Sargent report-Erwin did not have much to report this week but reminded everyone to “stay positive”!
