Call to order 7 am VIRTUAL ZOOM Meeting

Business:
- Flags-Erwin- Flag sales are going great. Latest update is 235 flags paid for and 26 new. Over $10,000 raised thus far. Thanks to Darlene for her hard work updating email on the spreadsheet and to all who have worked so hard on this project
- 2020/21 budget-Mike will be emailing the budget out to all club members tomorrow for their perusal. He welcomes any comments or suggestions and we will be reviewing the budget at the next meeting.
- Volunteer hours-Mary Lee reminded everyone to update their volunteer hours and email them back to her ASAP
- Membership Survey-Janine gave the members a powerpoint presentation on the Membership Survey recently completed by members. She will be sending the presentation out to all members via Clubrunner
We had some extra time at the end of our meeting so each member shared something that they are grateful for
Sargent report- Erwin sent out a big thank you to all for assisting him with his first Flag project as chair
