Thank you to Team 4 for Breakfast
We have made the final installment payment to the Lodge to ensure that it falls within the 2018/2019 budget year. We will be welcoming Paul Kim to our meeting next week to officially receive the ceremonial cheque.
Executive Meeting is Tuesday, July 2 at 5:30pm. Boardroom at Prairie Place.
Craig Brown-Passing around Ride to Conquer Cancer form, if you would like to donate. On Thursday, July 4th they are having a fundraiser –Beer and Pizza at the Outdoor Oven for $20.
Budget 2019/2020 - Mary Lee- Briefly reviewed some changes in this years budget-member #’s, flag projection, no Lodge payment. Resulting in projected surplus of $15,091.
MOTION by MaryLee. Seconded by Dawn: Rotary Club of Vermilion accept the budget as presented for the 2019/2020 year. Carried.
MOTION by Erwin. Seconded by Janine.: Move that Rotary Club of Vermilion assign authority for Administration, Project Trust, Raffle, and Casino accounts to MaryLee Prior, Eugene Wasylik, Lisa Beveridge, and Craig Brown. Carried

Sargent Report-This will be a thankful -fine. Thankful we can drink water from the tap; it is something we take for granted. Singing O’Canada this morning; being Canadian means something and being home. If you are thankful for any of these things pay a thankful fine.
