Craig Brown-Ride to Conquer Cancer-Pledge sheet is being passed around. Any funds will be shared between Scott and Craig.
Volunteer Hours Binder is being passed around. Please update your hours.
Vegreville Rotary Club is having their Lobsterfest on Thursday, June 20th.
District Member Engagement Survey- all members should have received the email. Challenge-how many members can complete the survey.
Not confirmed-but save the date for the District Governor visit July 17&18, 2019
2019-2020 Rotary International Convention in Honolulu, registration is open. Mary Lee has registered.
Dawn Riley - Looking for another person for Interact. Dawn will be stepping back from Interact next year.

Budget 2019-2020: Review of adjustments and discussion. Adjusted number of members, flag project-projected sales and repair of flags. We have redeemed Term deposit #2700 for $21,663 and will be making last payment to the Valley Lodge before the end of June.
Motion by Bruce: 2019-2020 Budget to be accepted with change (removal of Valley Lodge last payment ). Bruce will Rescind Motion and wait for changes to be made.
Cash Draw:

Janine Hames - $100 (sold by Robin)
Sargent: All fined except for Bruce because he caught the error in the budget.
