- You Take-no update at this time
- Community Spirits-Mary Lee is in the process of getting tickets done. She will ask businesses if they will be able to donate this year. The club will be able to add funds if needed.
- Garage Sale-Update from Brenda. After some communication with the Curling Club and discussion with her committee members, it has been decided that the 2022 Garage Sale will tentatively be held April 7,8 & 9 with collection of items April 1 & 2.
- Haying in the 30’s-Laurel reached out to Leanne from the Chamber to see what kind of event is happening this year, but has not had a response back. Hopefully we can do some kind of cookie fundraiser as in the past for Haying in the 30’s. Laurel will update the club as she receives info
- Foundation-EREY(Every Rotarian Every Year)-2 requirements for club recognition. First every member contributes $24 USD and second, the average donation is $100USD. Sustaining member for individual recognition-the member must donate $100USD to Foundation in the Rotary year. We are going to take available Foundation funds that are in our budget and fines from November and divide them equally between all members. There is $2060 in the budget and we can allocate approx $90/member. Eugene will do the paperwork for funds coming out of the club. Attached is the form needed for additional contributions members may wish to make
- RYLA-having a 1 day online session. Dawn will contact the schools to see if any students are interested since we have no interact. Cost is $25

Sargent Report-Sargent of the Day-Greg Dewing asked members to reflect on if you did anything good for anyone else…..if you did you pay! After that he pretty much fined everyone present, raking in a substantial amount for Novembers Foundation contribution.
