New Business
- Mike received a letter from Graham Gilchrist, District Chair, attached, regarding new Covid information from the District. Club member/solicitor Rebekah Warkentin explained the letter to members present. Members in attendance gave a show of hands to support their comfort at getting together for meetings in accordance with AHS guidelines for our county and Dawn Riley made a motion to move the weekly Rotary meetings to the larger Elks Hall for ease of following AHS current recommendations(until further notice). Bruce seconded. All were in favor. Motion carried.
- Brenda Lee-looking for a couple of volunteers to help move some furniture from a seniors condo this Saturday Oct 31 in the morning. Text or call her if you are available.
- Mike passed the ball to Loretta for all of her hard work at the Rotary Lookout. Good Job Loretta!!!!!
- Flag work bee follow-up. Many hands made light work on Saturday. Thanks to all who helped!
