- Integrity Awards-reminder to send your nominations to Dawn
- Flag Update-Erwin thanked everyone for placing flags for the final planting of 2020. Take down will be Tuesday/Wednesday and if you could refrain from banding them or rolling them to tightly so they can be inspected for damage, that would be greatly appreciated.
- Take It or Leave It-Loretta presented to the club her “Take It or Leave It” idea. She became aware of the program after visiting the waste disposal site at Whitney Lake. They have a small building there where you can leave gently used, workable items that you no longer need but are too good to be thrown away. You can leave items and take items for no charge if you have a use for it. The idea is to keep reusable, worthy items out of the landfill. If the club is interested in learning more about this type of project Loretta said she will research and present more information at a later date. Club members are definitely interested in hearing more……..to be continued
- Save the date….September 12….District conference, Elks Hall Vermilion.
- Weekly meeting location-Mike asked members that are present if they would like to return to the Regional Center for our weekly meetings. General consensus from members is to see how the month of September pans out with the return to school/college and possibly return to the Rotary Room at the beginning of October

Sargent Report-Erwin asked for an update on the Sargent Softball, Eugene passed his ball on to Darlene for being his dedicated shadow.
