Announcements:
- Banner presentation: Erwin just returned from a trip to St. Johns Nfld. where he visited the Rotary Club of St. Johns and exchanged banners with the club.
- Rotary Youth exchange update-Dawn reported that we have until the end of September to be a part of the 22/23 youth exchange. She will check with the school boards to see if youth exchange is even a possibility before we ask for commitment from the club.
- Casino-our turn to work the Casino will be April of 2023
- Breakfast-Laurel is circulating a list for members to sign up as to whether they want weekly breakfasts at our meetings as we did pre-pandemic
- Dawn & Loretta worked a bar at a wedding last weekend. They will be bringing forward a formal proposal to executive to purchase a small bartending kit(corkscrew, liquor jigs etc) to use at functions where members are bartending.
Scott Webb inducted Tyson Tschauner as the newest member of the Rotary Club of Vermilion
Erwin Warkentin gave the club an updated vocational, reviewing his career as a pilot but showcasing his more recent career as a “stay at home” Dad. Jessie showed us all what Erwin deals with on a daily basis :)

- Scott passed around his sponsorship sheet for the Tour Alberta for Cancer(Vermilion Ride)
