- You take-in progress
- Policy manual-in progress
- Kayak launch-Mike is in contact with the company to track the package
- Next flag placement will July 26-28. We have pretty much hit the 300 flag mark
New Business-
- Organizational Chart-Laurel distributed the chart, have a look at the chart and see if there is a position you are interested in or if you do not want your name to stand
- Breakfast-we will not be doing the potluck breakfast for the summer, there will be coffee but if you want to eat BYOB
- Vermilion Fair-no go this year
- Garage Sale-Brenda met with a few of Garage sale committee members. They recommended that we don’t hold our garage sale this summer/fall. All Rotarians present were in favor of waiting until spring 2022.
- Projector-Laurel mentioned to members present that the current projector is out of date and not compatible with current laptops, making it difficult for members and guests to do presentations. Dave made a motion for the club to purchase a new projector. Dawn seconded. A friendly amendment was made to the motion to spend up to $600. All were in favor. None opposed. Motion passed
- Pint Size for Polio-the 2021 edition of the Warkentin baby pool. For $1 you can guess the weight and sex of the baby with the proceeds of the pool going to Polio Pluss. The winner will have their winnings donated in their name and Erwin & Rebekah will match up to $500
