MIKE WEBB’S FINAL MEETING AS OUR SUPREME LEADER-after what has been the strangest year, Mike Webb held his last official zoom meeting as club president(and hopefully our last zoom meeting as well). On behalf of all Vermilion Rotarians I would like to thank Mike for making 7am zoom meetings engaging and entertaining so that none of us were sleeping. AWESOME JOB!!!!!
- July 1 Flag placement-Monday June 28 & Tuesday June 29 Erwin will be available to open up Webb’s RV for flag pick-up. Just touch base with him to arrange. Mike Webb will be hosting a small get-together at his acreage after flag delivery(hopefully 7:00pm-ish) on Tuesday. Please bring your own chair, Mike will provide beverages and munchies. To date we have 293 flags ordered and paid for, approximately 53 previous purchasers have not indicated whether or not they still want to receive. Brenda will be sending out up-to-date delivery lists which will show which residents are still in question
- Cash Raffle-Darlene asked that Rotarians let people who are purchasing tickets and paying by etransfer to please indicate who they bought the ticket from on their etransfer
Upcoming meetings-
Laurel will hold her first unofficial meeting July 1 at the oven at Heritage park. If you’re out and about early on Canada Day come and join her for coffee.
July 8- regular meeting back at the Rotary Room!!!!!
