Old Business:
- Audit-Jack Seewalt has completed the audit of the clubs books and Mike sent out the final audited copy for members to review last week. Bruce MacDuff made a motion to accept the Financial statement. Shawn Jacula seconded. All were in favor. None opposed. Motion carried.
- Policies-Rebekah sent all club members a copy of our current policies for review. There are several areas that need updating such as attendance, guidelines, youth exchange, and membership. Mike asked that club members for feedback/suggestions for updating these policies. Brenda suggested that he contact Jason Whiting to assist him in reaching out to other clubs for samples/suggestions on how they structure their policies. This will be followed up at future meetings.
- Ice Plant-Erwin updated the club on the Ice Plant, it has been approved by council and they hope to have it installed by September
- Flags-Erwin is hoping to actively sell flags once the Community Spirits draw is done
