Laurel made a motion to accept this executive as the executive for 2021/22. Brenda Lee seconded. All in favor , none opposed. Motion carried.
- Bylaws- all club members should have received a draft of the newly updated bylaws for review, Rebekah has updated the draft after receiving comments from some members. If you have any comments, questions or suggestions, please get a hold of Rebekah, she will be presenting the bylaws at next weeks meeting and is hoping to vote on the finalized draft in February
Reminders for next week- please review the bylaws and direct questions to Rebekah prior to next weeks meeting. We will also be voting on acceptance of the club’s Financials so please review these as well.
