Rotary Park Clean-up and Community BBQ

On Saturday May 23, our club helped to spruce up Rotary Park for the summer months.

We raked, edged flower beds, pulled a few weeds and picked up garbage - oh, yes and laughed!  Amazing how fast work goes with many hands and some humour.

The Interact Club played games with the kids and after we enjoyed a BBQ with other visitors to the park.  We used the chance to raise awareness about polio eradication with an educational display.
