Would you like to experience the Real Mexico?
Then why not consider offering Hands on Service by participating in one of the Project Amigo Work Weeks.
Each winter volunteers come to Colima, Mexico to work, meet the children, visit with Mexican Rotarians, and learn more about the people and culture of western Mexico. Work can include distribution of fun children’s books to poor rural schools, interacting with junior high and high school scholarship recipients at their homework clubs, taking part in a series of Vision Clinics throught the state, helping prepare for the annual Christmas Fiesta for 250 children, or reading and playing with children who need some extra attention.
It will be a week you will not soon forget and is open for the ages from 10-90. Non Rotarians are also welcome to join us.
We have limited space left in this season’s workweeks:
Fiesta Work Week, December 10-18, 2011
