His Worship Mayor Ken Lemke gave the Stony Plain Rotarians his "State of the town of Stony Plain address" , on April 6.

Mayor Lemke outlined some of the major projects undertaken over this past year. This included sewer line upgrades and increased capacity, Umbach off-leash park, Stony Plain Library addition, Habitat for Humanity project, infastructure improvements, along with numerous other projects. A sampling of initiatives for the coming year was also discussed. Including, ongoing developments of the Heritage Park, upgrading of the 5th. Meridian, economic development plan, and transportation study, to mention a few. All the Rotarians found Mayor Lemke's presentation both very informative and thought provoking.
